There are hundreds of psychological techniques and forms of therapy around the world. Amongst them, there is EMDR, which has undergone a major expansion in recent decades, as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), mindfulness, hypnosis, or even psychoanalysis, the very origins of psychology. The scientific world is constantly evolving in the field of mental health and psychological and psychotherapeutic treatments.
It is important to realise that not all forms of therapy and not all techniques are suitable for all problems, or for all the patients they target. Together, we’ll see what your preferences are and what seems to work best for you!
